Sometimes the simplest tattoos carry the biggest reminders.

I got to do this small lemon branch the other day, and the meaning behind it stuck with me.

after further assessment, my wife and I will both need ongoing physiotherapy due to injuries from the accident. We are grateful that we are alive, but the physical impact is real and recovery will take time.

One of these photos is fresh, the other is healed many months later.
This tattoo was done for a gentleman with delicate, mature skin, and it’s a perfect example of why intentional line weight, patience, and restraint matter. When tattoos are applied thoughtfully, they can age gracefully right alongside the person wearing them.
